Booking Policy.

Thank you for considering BY FRANCE. mens hair studio for your hair care needs. To ensure a smooth and efficient experience for all of our clients, we have developed the following booking policy:

  • Appointment Booking: We encourage clients to book their appointments in advance to ensure availability. Appointments can be booked online, over the phone or in person.
  • Late Arrival Policy: We understand that things happen and you may arrive late for your appointment. However, we may have to reschedule your appointment if you are more than 10 minutes late. This is to ensure that we can provide quality service to our clients who are scheduled after you.
  • Cancellation Policy: We understand that sometimes life can get in the way and you may need to cancel or reschedule your appointment. We kindly request that you provide us with at least 12 hours' notice to cancel or reschedule your appointment. Failure to do so will result in a charge of 100% of the service fee.
  • No-Show Policy: If you do not show up for your appointment without any prior notice, we will charge you the full service fee for the missed appointment.
